ORDERING INFO

Orders may be placed online at https://rukmafinejewelery.com Personalized orders will be confirmed by us. Please note that once an order has been put into production, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Rukma Fine Jewelery reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by  Rukma Fine Jewelery.

Most of our pieces are made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for us to make your piece.

Pieces that are custom cast and made to order will not go into production without full payment in advance by the customer. Customized orders take 8 to 10 weeks to produce and ship. If you need your order before that time it may be possible to rush the order for an additional fee. Please note a rush request in the customize box when placing the order. If the rush is possible a sales representative will contact you with the additional charge.

PAYMENTS

On order confirmation, you will receive our bank account details via mail/ WhatsApp for safe and secure payment.

You can make a payment using your Net Banking Account or Bank Transfer i.e. RTGS or NEFT.

SHIPPING

Rukma Fine Jewelery is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to receive your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Rukma Fine Jewelery is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves  Rukma Fine Jewelery.

Rukma Fine Jewellery is not responsible for lost or stolen items once declared ‘Delivered’ by the delivery service.

RETURNS and REFUNDS

The item must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition it was received in. We reserve the right to reject a return of the item. In using this site, you acknowledge that you shall not dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the return/refund.

For any claims of missing or defective product, please make a complete unboxing video of the delivered parcel and send on whatsapp on +91- 6377321068 mentioning your order ID and write on rukmafinejewelery@gmail.com, we will guide you thereafter. If there is no defect, there is no return, refund and exchange policy.
Certain items may be designated as final sales, and are not eligible for returns or refunds. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.
All bespoke, custom-made orders, advance orders and orders of items not in stock are non-returnable.

We reserve the right to reject a return if the item has been worn, damaged, or altered.
The refund/exchange will be processed only once we have received the piece and it has been inspected by our QA department. If the product passes QA, you can expect a full refund/exchange within 30 days back in your account. In using this site, you acknowledge that you shall not dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the refund and return policies.

Business days are Monday-Friday 11am – 7pm IST except for national holidays.
We are also unable to return/exchange any items once they have been altered by a third party jeweler.

RESIZING & REPAIR

We offer re-sizing of most of our jewelry. Some items are difficult to resize given the intricate designs and overall dimensions of the piece. We encourage you to view our sizing chart, and provide us the appropriate size for more accuracy.

Should you require a repair, Please reach out to us at rukmafinejewelery@gmail.com. Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment

If you wish to cancel your order, for any reason that may arise, please contact us on +91- 6377321068. If we receive your cancellation notice and the order has not been processed or approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. Requests for cancellation of orders shall only be valid and accepted if they are made within 24 hours of order confirmation. Rukma Fine Jewelery reserves the right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. In using this site, you acknowledge that you shall not dispute the decision made by us and accept our decision regarding the cancellation.

There may be some orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our own discretion, to decline or cancel any orders for any reason. Some situations may arise resulting in your order being cancelled such as limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product description or pricing information, or problems with billing. Before accepting any order, we may require additional information or verification(s). We will notify you if and when your order or a portion of your order has been cancelled, or if additional information is required before we accept your order. In case your order has been cancelled after your debit/credit car has been charged, the amount billed will be re-credited into your card account.

BUYBACK POLICY

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully for the same-

● The buyback value will be 70% of the original invoice value (net of taxes).

● Pieces are eligible for buyback after 1-year from the purchase.

● A processing fee of Rs 1000 will be applicable.

● The refund will be processed only after we have received the piece and it passes inspection by our quality control team. Post this, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer.

● This scheme is not valid if any modifications have been made to the piece.

● Buyback is only applicable on pieces purchased directly from us- either via our website or through our company representative offline.

● The piece must be accompanied by its original packaging, certificate, and invoice.

● The buyback policy is not applicable to any of our personalized pieces.
